The UK Border Agency have just announced that the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme will be replaced by the new Tier 1 application with effect from MONDAY 30 JUNE 2008. As a result we are no longer accepting new applications under this programme.

Applicants from outside UK must use the new Tier 1 General Application form with effect from Monday 30 June 2008. The UK Border Agency have provided a points calculator for this application on www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with Tier 1 General applications being submitted from outside UK.
