C. FEES FOR Tier 1 General HSMP EXTENSION:

Made up of the following items:

1.	UK Working Professional Fees including shipping	£650.00
2.	UK Government Processing Fee	£750.00

D. FEES FOR Tier 1 General switching from Work Permit without dependants:

Made up of the following items:

1.	UK Working Professional Fees including shipping	£950.00
2.	UK Government Processing Fee	£750.00

E. FEES FOR Tier 1 General switching from work permit with dependants:

Made up of the following items:

1.	UK Working Professional Fees including shipping	£1,050.00
2.	UK Government Processing Fee	£750.00

For both the HSMP Government Processing Fee and the Tier 1 General HSMP Extension processing fee, the Government is obliged to exempt nationals of countries which have signed and ratified the Council of Europe Charter or the European Social Charter (revised). This means that nationals of Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, FYR of Macedonia, Moldova, Romania and Turkey are currently exempt.
