We can assist with applications for an extension to the initial period of your Highly Skilled Migrant Programme, whether we respresented you with your original application or not.
We will calendar a reminder for your extension application up to 2 months prior to expiry of your current visa. When your extension is due we will provide you with a list of the documents required to support your application and we will undertake the form work and submission on your behalf.
Under the recent changes (February 2008) applications for an extension are made via Tier 1 General and the application is points based. All candidates must now satisfy the basic requirements for switching to Tier 1 General including successfully claiming 75 points under the new points based requirements. In addition, all applicants must satisfy the English Language requirement of the application and the maintenance requirement.
