At UK Working our core business is built on supporting employers who are hiring internationally and/or transferring staff between countries.
We deal primarily with the Business and Commercial work permit. This permit is meant for professional and management-level staff and provides two tiers of application. Under the terms of the Business and Commercial work permit, it is the Employer who applies for the work permit in order to employe a specific person. If the work permit is granted then the terms of the permit goven the minimum provisions of the employment.
Due to the individual nature of most positions, it is important that we asses the criteria for the permit before undertaking any work on behalf of the Employer. We therefore ask the Employer to contact us directly so that we may discuss the situation for recruitment.
If the permit is not feasible then there may be alternatives, for example:
UK Points Based Immigration (HSMP) - Points Calculator. Under HSMP, the successful applicant may live and work in the UK for any employer.
EEA Citizens, Swiss Citizens and dependents: under the European Economic Area agreement they may be able to live and work in the UK.
